The institution provides a wide selection of deposit accounts, such as checking, savings, money market, demand, and Negotiable Order of Withdrawal (NOW) accounts, along with certificates of deposit. On the lending side, Flushing Bank extends various credit options, including mortgage loans for multi-family residential properties, commercial real estate, mixed-use buildings (one-to-four families), and single-family homes. It also offers commercial business loans, construction financing, Small Business Administration (SBA) loans, and other credit facilities tailored for small enterprises. Furthermore, the corporation strategically invests in assets such as mortgage-backed securities, U.S. government bonds, corporate fixed-income instruments, and other marketable securities.
