On the lending side, Flushing Bank extends various credit options, including mortgage loans for multi-family residential properties, commercial real estate, mixed-use buildings (one-to-four families), and single-family homes. It also offers commercial business loans, construction financing, Small Business Administration (SBA) loans, and other credit facilities tailored for small enterprises. Furthermore, the corporation strategically invests in assets such as mortgage-backed securities, U.S. government bonds, corporate fixed-income instruments, and other marketable securities. An online branch also complements its physical presence. Established in 1929, Flushing Financial Corporation's principal office is situated in Uniondale, New York.
