In the infectious disease arena, Xencor is progressing VIR-3434 through Phase II for hepatitis B virus infection; VIR-2482 in Phase 1/2 for influenza A; VIR-7832 in a Phase 1b/2a trial for mild-to-moderate COVID-19; and is involved in the Phase 2/3 NIH ACTIV-2 trial for COVID-19 with BMS-986414 + BMS-986413. Beyond these, the company is developing XmAb564, a Phase I candidate for autoimmune diseases; Obexelimab, also for autoimmune conditions; AIMab7195, designed to reduce IgE levels for allergic responses; and Xpro1595, an experimental treatment for Alzheimer's disease, mild cognitive impairment, and depression.
