The company conducts its main business activities across several key international jurisdictions, including Bermuda, Cyprus, Liberia, Norway, Singapore, the United Kingdom, and the Marshall Islands. Headquartered in Hamilton, Bermuda, and incorporated in 2003, SFL Corporation Ltd. was formerly known as Ship Finance International Limited until its rebranding in September 2019.
