The Brands segment manages and licenses a diverse portfolio of consumer brands, such as Catherine Malandrino, English Laundry, Joan Vass, Kensie Girl, Limited Too, and Nanette Lepore, leveraging their equity for various ventures. Additionally, B. Riley Financial extends specialized financing through senior secured and second lien secured loans to public and private middle-market companies in the U.S., and provides broader advisory and brokerage services.
