The company's operations are divided into two primary divisions: Cinema Exhibition and Real Estate. The Cinema Exhibition division operates multi-screen movie theaters under various brand names, including Reading Cinemas, Angelika Film Center, Consolidated Theatres, State Cinema, Event Cinemas, and Rialto Cinemas.
