The company's Home Health segment offers in-home clinical support, encompassing nursing, speech, occupational, and physical therapy, as well as medical social work and home health aide assistance. Its Hospice services focus on providing comprehensive clinical care, education, and counseling to meet the physical, spiritual, and psychosocial needs of terminally ill patients and their families. In its Senior Living division, Pennant provides residential accommodations, organized activities, meals, housekeeping, and aid with daily living tasks for seniors who are either independent or require some support. As of December 31, 2021, the company's extensive operational footprint included 88 home health and hospice agencies and 54 senior living communities, collectively featuring 4,127 senior living units. These facilities are located across Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Montana, Nevada, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. The Pennant Group, Inc. was established in 2019 and maintains its corporate headquarters in Eagle, Idaho.
