It has a collaboration with Royal Philips and Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin. The company was formerly known as Nuvo Group Ltd. and changed its name to Holdco Nuvo Group D.G Ltd in May 2024. Holdco Nuvo Group D.G Ltd incorporated in 2006 and is headquartered in Tel Aviv, Israel. On August 22, 2024, Holdco Nuvo Group D.G Ltd filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
