This enterprise is engaged in the conception, production, and marketing of a wide array of lifting machinery. Their product lineup features crawler-mounted lattice-boom cranes sold under the Manitowoc brand, various top-slewing and self-erecting tower cranes under the Potain label, and mobile hydraulic cranes available through their Grove, Shuttlelift, and National Crane brands. Furthermore, they supply hydraulic boom trucks, also branded as National Crane. In addition to equipment sales, the company offers a full suite of support services, including the provision of crane components and maintenance, alongside comprehensive crane rebuilding, remanufacturing, and specialized training programs. These powerful crane systems are deployed in diverse settings such as energy generation and distribution, utility services, large-scale petrochemical and industrial operations, vital infrastructure construction (including roads, bridges, and airports), and both commercial and high-rise residential building developments. Manitowoc serves a broad clientele that includes equipment dealers, rental firms, construction contractors, and governmental bodies.
