Golden Entertainment, Inc. is a United States-based enterprise managing a diverse portfolio of entertainment venues. The company's operations are divided into four main segments: Nevada Casino Resorts, Nevada Locals Casinos, Maryland Casino Resort, and Distributed Gaming. The Nevada Casino Resorts division oversees large-scale destination resorts, offering guests a full array of amenities including numerous dining establishments, entertainment venues, and various recreational facilities. In contrast, its Nevada Locals Casinos segment manages gaming establishments primarily catering to residents within their local communities. In Maryland, the company operates the Rocky Gap casino resort, which features diverse food and beverage options, a signature golf course, a spa, and a swimming pool. Finally, the Distributed Gaming arm places slot machines and other amusement devices in various non-casino settings, such as restaurants, pubs, convenience stores, liquor stores, and grocery outlets. As of February 17, 2022, Golden Entertainment's extensive network included approximately 16,900 slot machines, 120 table games, and 6,200 hotel rooms across its 10 casinos. Additionally, it provided video gaming devices at 1,100 separate locations and owned 60 traditional taverns. Tracing its origins to its incorporation in 1998, the company was initially known as Lakes Entertainment, Inc., before adopting the Golden Entertainment, Inc. name in July 2015. Its corporate headquarters are situated in Las Vegas, Nevada.
