The Energy Trading segment encompasses the company's marketing and trading activities within the energy sector. Finally, the Corporate and Other segment includes various holding company functions, manages specific non-utility debts and investments, and allocates resources to foster regional development and economic growth. Established in January 1995, the company maintains its corporate headquarters in Detroit, Michigan.
