On the corporate and institutional front, Shinsei Bank specializes in a broad spectrum of lending and advisory services. This includes general corporate loans, alongside highly specialized financing for areas such as start-ups, non-recourse real estate, project development, renewable energy, acquisitions, shipping, healthcare, sustainable and impact projects, and M&A-related transactions, complemented by loan syndication. Beyond credit, the bank provides foreign exchange and derivatives solutions, M&A advisory, credit trading, private equity investments, and support for business succession and restructuring.
