For advanced technological applications, it provides high-density interconnection (HDI) PCBs, crucial for devices such as smartphones, game consoles, GPS units, personal digital assistants (PDAs), automotive electronics, and MP3 players. Additionally, the company supplies rigid-flex PCBs, indispensable for sophisticated portable gadgets and notebooks. Beyond PCBs, Nan Ya PCB produces a range of flip-chip substrates, including pin/land grid arrays (PGAs/LGAs) specifically engineered for microprocessors, and ball grid arrays (BGAs) targeted at graphic microprocessors, northbridge chipsets, advanced ASIC chipsets, and set-top box chipsets.
