For the Medical-Diagnostic field, the company offers a range of analyzers covering hematology, CRP, immunology, clinical chemistry, and blood glucose. The Semiconductor Instruments & Systems division focuses on products vital for chip manufacturing, such as mass flow controllers, chemical concentration monitors, reticle/mask particle detection systems, residual gas analyzers, and vaporizers.
