SpaceX is readying the 12th test flight of its massive Starship rocket, a landmark launch ahead of the company's planned IPO in June. Assuming no disruptions, Thursday's test flight will debut a third version of SpaceX's massive rocket, and will be launched from a new pad at the company's facility in Starbase, Texas.
