A remote stretch of southeastern Türkiye near the borders of Iraq and Syria has become one of the most active new oil provinces in the world, and Canadian-listed Trillion Energy International Inc. (CSE:TCF, OTCQB:TRLEF, FRA:Z620) is staking its claim in the middle of it. The company has confirmed a light-oil discovery on a block sitting on the same geological trend where fields have gone from zero to 81,000 barrels a day in under five years, and it is doing so at a market capitalization of roughly C$8 million.
