I no longer feel bullish on the upcoming SpaceX IPO, especially after reading the S-1. The 94x P/S multiple is not what scared me the most. The lockup terms did, especially with retail likely chasing the opening print. I expected heavy spending, particularly in AI, but I did not expect consolidated operating losses at this scale.
