The Company previously announced on May 1, 2026 that the British Columbia Securities Commission had issued a management cease trade order ("MCTO") further to the Company's application to the applicable securities regulatory authorities in Canada on the basis that the Company's audited annual financial statements, management's discussion and analysis and the applicable CEO and CFO certificates for the financial year ended December 31, 2025 (collectively, the "Annual Filings") would not be filed by the applicable filing deadline of April 30, 2026 (the "Default Announcement").
