(CSE: EATH) ("New Earth" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it will be conducting a non-brokered private placement (the “Offering”) under which it will raise aggregate gross proceeds of up to $500,000 through the issuance of up to 4,166,667 units (each, a “Unit”) at a price of $0.12 per Unit.
