(doing business as "DK Capital Partners"), a company controlled by Daniel Kozel, to provide investor outreach services (the "Services") on behalf of the Company.    In consideration of the Services, the Company has agreed to pay $25,000 over a four-month engagement, split into two payments of $17,500 on signing, and $7,500 (plus applicable taxes) to be paid halfway through the program.
