Zefiro has successfully closed on a USD $4.3 million agreement to acquire the equipment of Viking Well Service which includes five derrick rigs as well as several other key units of machinery to be added to Zefiro's fleet. As a result of this acquisition, Zefiro will have coverage in five new states where it has not previously operated (New Jersey, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, and Iowa) while also expanding its footprint in four existing states.
