(“NHP”) today announced the pricing of its public offering of 38,500,000 shares of its Class A common stock at $12.00 per share. Shares of NHP's Class A common stock are expected to begin trading on The Nasdaq Global Market on April 22, 2026 under the symbol “NHP” and the offering is expected to close on April 23, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. NHP has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 5,775,000 shares of its Class A common stock to cover overallotments, if any.
