British budget ​carrier easyJet ‌said on ​Monday ​it had not ⁠received ​any takeover ​approach from U.S.-based ​investment ​firm Castlelake, L.P., ‌after ⁠the investor said it ​was ​considering ⁠a ​possible offer.
