Analyst Taylor Scott asked: First question I have you is on what you're seeing in frequency trends. I think we've seen one of your peers talk about potentially increasing frequency. I think when we looked at the results from the last month, I think there is some concern that maybe frequency was starting to uptick as well. So maybe you could just give us a feel for the environment there and if at all or how it's affecting loss trend? Management Susan Griffith answered: I'll start, and I'll ask Andrew to add anything that I've missed. Our frequency has been pretty stable. It's down this quarter, about 2.5%, down 2% for trailing 12. So we feel like our frequency trends are pretty much in line with what we intended. It's always hard to understand.
