Analyst Q&A
Analyst Ken Hoexter asked: Hey, great. Good afternoon, good evening. So Kevin or Steve, PS&O dipped 400 basis points year over year, maybe even more than you thought. Maybe talk about some of the specific programs or just such a great achievement. How structural is this? Management Kevin S. Boone answered: In fact, we are already thinking about 2028 as well as we think about 2027. So we are a deep bench. I would also say on the technology side, that is another area where I just see a lot of opportunity to provide greater resources, greater clarity in terms of where the spend is. And we are seeing some early signs of that. I would say some more to be done in the next year and 2028. But those visibility tools allow the leaders out there to really identify costs and go after them.
